For example, the aluminium louvres are designed to ensure making the most of the winter sun, while providing shade in summer. And the views from the balconies are breathtaking, taking in everything that makes Wellington such a unique place to live – from the bustling harbour and rocky coastline to the green hills with their clusters of wooden houses.</p>
