ABOUT THE WOOLSHED APARTMENTS

Originally built, in two stages, as visitor accommodation the Woolshed Apartments are tastefully decorated in a typical New Zealand woolshed theme. The corrugated iron exterior cladding and use of solid macrocarpa adds to the overall effect and provides a solidity to the structure which suggests it has long been part of Havelock community.

As the development is only three years old, each apartment has been maintained to a high standard, fitted with modern appliances and fixtures. The contemporary, ergonomic design makes for easy living.

CONFIGURATION

Globe Holdings has changed the configuration of the units slightly to ensure the apartments are compatible with day to day living requirements. The changes we have made remain consistent with The Woolshed theme and ensure we continue to provide our purchasers with a product which meets their needs as well as maintaining the current standard of the development. Carparking is provided for each unit, as is on- and off-site visitor carparking. Globe Holdings has committed to provide additional visitor carparking on Hillsbrook Place to ensure access ways and on-site parking are not compromised. To provide additional security we have provided for electric gates to the entrance of the complex.

All apartments come complete with chattels. A manager will be appointed to oversee the affairs of the body corporate and to ensure the development is maintained at its current standard.

The area is a haven for families providing them with all the facilities and activities they could possibly require as well as being home to some of the finest schools in New Zealand.

Set in the heart of wine country Havelock North is 6kms east of Hastings, 30kms south-east of Napier and only 25 minutes drive to the airport.
